Exchange with Access 2007 ODBC connection
Has anyone ever used Access 2007 with ODBC connection to Exchange 2007? If I want to do some search and deletes on the backend would this work?

No, this wouldn't work. You are better of using
EWSEditor , MFCMapi , or
ExFolders and given the damage that can be done it is worth reading up on your tool of choice first.
