Hello, I'm using Exchange 2003 and exmerge to export mailboxes to PST. I had an issue where the account I was using (Administrator) couldn't export the mailbox to PST and read I should take of the deny send and recieve options, I have done some other changes with permissions but am not quite sure now what they are and I can not loger see the user to export. I select the DB and then a pop message appears: 'Error encounterd getting mailbox information from the private information store database(s) on server 'SERVERNAME'. Make sure you have adequate permissions on the Information Store object.
