Hi, Ihave several users who can't expand the DL when tey click on the + sign next to the DL. For some users it works fine and for others it doesn't. I have tested this myself by creating multiple Outlook profiles with different users and it doesn't work. For some users they are able to expand the same DL. This is an Exchange 2003 Sp2/Outlook 2003 Env. I'm not using any expansion servers for the DL. I can't see any setting for this on the exchange. I've chekced the security on the DL and authenticated users have got the correct permissions to read members from the DL. I've searched the internet and not much info avaliable to help me. No they aren't.

By the way they are securty groups which are mail enabled/secority groups (global).

Resolved. The user had a cached entry in Autocomplete in Outlook. Deleted this entry and all worked fine.
