Export-Mailboxes to PST
Scenario :
Exchange Server 2007 64BIT
Windows 7 Professional Client, with Exchange Tools, RSAT, Outlook 2007 installed.
Both of the above are on same domain. Windows 7 user has admin privileges on Exchange 2007.
I want to export all or certain mailboxes to PSTs to a Network Storage weekly - is this possible ?
If so, then what command would I use to export all mailboxes or desired mailboxes to pst files to a NAS.
Also, what permissions are required for this logged on Windows7 user to perform the above, if they don't have, then can we do a "run-as" for the Exch mgmt shell ?
Thanks

I think you can use RunAs, but if you want to schedule this you just need to specify the appropriate credentials in your task.Lanwench ** Do not fold, spindle or mutilate. Fill in the box completely and erase any stray marks. Use only a #2 pencil.

Hi,
To run the Export-Mailbox cmdlet, the account you use must be delegated the following:
Exchange Server Administrator role and local Administrators group for the target server
Full access to the source and target mailboxes Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread. Thanks Gen Lin-MSFT
