i am trying to export mailbox content to pst using the export-mailbox command. it seems to work for a few mailboxes mostly for disabled accounts and for the rest, it gives the following error:Error occurred in the step: Moving messages.Failed to copy messages to the destinationmailbox store with error:MAPI or an unspecified service provider.ID no: 00000000-0000-00000000The permissions have all been set according. how do i resolve this issue?

Hi The following command on the Mailbox first give the necessary authority. Add-MailboxPermission mailboxuser -User domainuser -AccessRights fullaccess after, export-mailbox ... ... ..

Hi, 1. I suggest you create a new user and grant FullAccess permission to the problem mailbox and check whether the issue still persists 2. If the issue persists, I suggest you move the mailbox to another Mailbox Store and attempt to export the mailbox to test the issue. 3. Please let me know whether the Group Policy had been used to force Outlook to use cached mode.
