How can I export all the emails, calender stuff and the address book from mac outlook 2011 to windows outlook 2007.

Please help.

A simple work-around:-

Create a IMAP account  (GMAIL icloud etc.)

Add account to 2011 outlook for mac and office for windows

Drag emails into a folder on the imap server and then go back to windows and drag the emails from the imap into your email. and your done all your old emails are there.

In Mac Outlook, your emails and other mailbox stuff are stored to an OLM file. Windows Outlook does not read or identifies OLM file format. To export all the data from an OLM file of Mac Outlook to Windows Outlook, you need to convert it into PST format. There is a manual solution which can help you import OLM files data into Windows Outlook. You can read this blog to know more about it:

Ill be glad to provide you a suitable alternate as in with the intention to export Mac Outlook files to Windows Outlook however Im not sure about the edition of Outlook Windows to which it exports though does exports into the latest Outlook 2013 edition...
