Not sure if anyone else has run into this problem, but we currently have mailboxes setup that we journal all of our email to. Since it getslarge very fast, we usually go in and export the mailbox once a week to apst and then open Outlook and delete all of the email from the mailbox. I would like to schedule this to run automatically once a week, but for some reason we can't get the -DeleteContentswitch to work. It exports all of the email to a pst, but it doesnt delete it after it exports it. This is the command we're using to export the mailbox: Export-Mailbox -Identity username -IncludeFolders '\Inbox' -PSTFolderPath "C:\username.pst" -StartDate "xx/xx/xxxx" -EndDate "xx/xx/xxxx" -DeleteContent We arerunning Exchange 2007 SP1, and we are running the command from a server with the 32-bit SP1 management tools installed.
