Are you installing from CD/DVD or a network drive?If yes, then copy the setup source to local server drive and try. If you have already copied to local server drive then change the setup source and start the installation. You can download fresh setup from below location. Download details: Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1

Thanks all My old source Exchange is bug. I downloaded new source and error was fixed.
