I can't find any ExtensionAttribute in Attribute Editor, I know it needs extend AD schema, but when I finished "Setup.exe /PrepareSchema /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms" use Exchange 2013, I still can't see ExtensionAttribute.

Based on my knowledge, the custom attributes (from ms-Exch-Extension-Attribute1 to ms-Exch-Extension-Attribute15) are created by Exchange Setup. So I recommend you finish your Exchange server installation at first. And then check if these custom attributes are created.
