External Storage
I'm preparing for the Exchange Server 2003 certification exam, and I need advice about the disk resource required to create an Exchange Server 2003 virtual server. The Microsoft Press Training Kit that I'm using to prepare for the exam says the device must be a "SCSI driveconnected through SCSI or Fibre Channel." Here's the problem: I cannot find a SCSI drive in Denver. Is there an alternative approach I can use? Thanks!

You cannot find a SCSI drive in Denver? Is "Denver" a fake office from the exam, or are you actually saying Denver Colorado doesn't sell scsi drives anywhere?
Either way, You can buy a scsi array from many online retailers such as dell. the powervault 220s would suffice (from dell)
Anyway: "virtual server" in this context refers to server clustering. and you need advanced hardware for this to work properly, so no. You can't use an IDE drive.
If you are just trying to use exchange, however and don't need to cluster your mailboxes, you can store them on an IDE hard drive as well.
