Alex, you in Exchange 2003, you can use SimpleDisplayName poperty (Exchange Advanced tab in ADUC). To force Exchange to use this values there is a tweak in registry (you can find it in Microsoft KB). P.S. It's very sad, that a user with MVP label suggests wrong thing! Grrr!!!
