In Outlook 365 |Pro Plus on Windows 7, is there a way to extract a list of sender IDs from all emails in a folder?  I would prefer an Outlook mechanism, but I am willing to use PowerShell if necessary.

I'm not familiar with PowerShell, but there is no such function in Outlook as far as I can tell.
