Failed to Commit The Changes on Object error for Support Engineers
Hello IT Guru'sI have been getting strange error message for our support engineers when they delete anyemail, or delete any account in EMC- "failed to commit the change on object (GUID)because access is denied" - i have given the following access for our support engineer.1. Added the users to Account Operator group2. Added to Exchange Recepient Administrator 3. Local AdministratorAll our support engineers doesnt connect to Exchange server remotley - they all have installed management console in there PC - which is AD admin pack, EMC 32Bit these management pack are on WinXP SP3 and with Exchange SP1 on there PCWhen we talk about Exchange Recepient Administrator - what exact privilage does the user get - i mean i have seen user can delete email, disable, move, and also i have seen that the Recepient Administrator can do the modification on Organization level - like we can add himself as Exchange Administrator and other steps..So guys would you kindly assist me why this error messeage is coming - and how i can give support eningeer limited access on Exchnage Management Console ??Kindly let me know if you have any further queryThanks

Thanks Vinod for your help - i have seen the URL but not fitting to our requriments :-( Our major concern is to give limited access to our support team where they can do all the basic adminstration - For Exchange Recepient Administrator --- i guess this role is acting same like Exchange administartor - i have noticed all the changes can be done through Exchange Recepient Adminsstrtor user accouont..Thanks
