Failed to open a channel

Could someone give me a clue why Im receiving this error?

Hi,

Looks like you might have a corrupted index. Try the following steps.

1. Stop the Search/Index service

2. Go to the location of the the mailbox database

3. Either delete or rename the CatalogGUID (I usually delete it as it will recreate itself once the search/index services restart)

4. Restart the Search/Index Service

This will recreate the Index for that particular mailbox database.
