Inbox, Sent and other Folders disappearing from "Favorites" Outlook 2013
This has been happening in only the last few days. Can't remember if there was a Microsoft update that screwed this up.
Anyway, what happens is that my favorite folders are disappearing; inbox, sent, etc. I keep having to right click and add to favorites. Then when I shut off computer and then turn on later, and open Outlook, the folders I saved to favorites are
gone again.
Windows 7 64 bit
Outlook 2013, via Office 365

No sulution yet... some new ideas?
Tried also reset nav panel without success.
Is there a way to save favorites locally as backup?
It is annoying problem... loss a lot of time each time the favorites disappear.
thanks!

Hi Nayana,
One (or more) of our employees are facing this same issue, so we've tried your suggestions:
We are using Office 365 with Exchange.
We tried to create a new outlook profile but suffered the same issue (both cached an non-cached).
Also tried to reset the Nav Panel, but nothing worked.
Hope there is a solution for this bug, because this issue is killing our productivity?
With kind regards,
Danny

Hi Nayana,
as Danny below, we are using office 365 at our company. Also facing this problem weekly and with different team members at different times.
We have a personal email and a group email, both from our company, accesible at desktop and from the web.
a quick reaction will be much appreciated!
regards,
Hugo
