Sorry, if this is not the right forum, but it's as close as I could find...can outlook at the same functionality that OneNote has for starting a bulleted list. Another words, you hit Ctrl-. and it starts a bulleted list for your. This is very handy and common in OneNote, it almost feels like a takeaway when I got back to Outlook or Word.

In Outlook and Word, we can use Ctrl + Shift + L to add bullets.
