Have upgraded to Office 2013 professional plus...it doesn't let me post my notes to One Drive. I have ried all options available on web such as setting some keys on office. none of them worked. Urgent help need to solve the problem
Hi,
Are you using OneNote Online or the desktop version? Is there any error message pop up? It will be great that if you can provide any error message or error code.
Please be more specific on the issue that you are facing.
As an initial troubleshooting step, I would suggest you to start OneNote with /safeboot switch, delete settings and verify result:
Press Win + R and type "onenote /safeboot" in the blank box, then press Enter. Click "Delete Settings"
This will delete the corrupted settings files, and OneNote will start with default settings.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,Ethan Hua CHN

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. Upgrading to Office 2013 professional plus might corrupt the feature of using Online content (OneDriver/SharePoint).
To solve the issue, please try the steps below:
- Open regedit.exe in your PC as an administrator.
- Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\Internet
- Check the key UseOnlineContent, change its value to 2
If the key of UseOnlineContent is not there, just create it and set its value to 2. Save and restart you computer, then try again.
Thanks,Ethan Hua CHN

I have it already..it doesn't work still. The options you have presented are available over web, I have tried all these options
1) Registry settings
2) Uninstall and Re-install
Do you have any more thoughts?
As I mentioned in my previous reply "I have my files on my personal account(hotmail) and One Note shows my corporate email at top right". Do you think this might be causing the issue.
Any suggestions yet?

No Kiran, store your notebook on your own OneDrive (your personal hotmail account) is not a problem here.
Have you ever tried to repair your Office installation?
The steps that suggested by Ethan above should be the anwser, however, if that didn't fix your case, I would suggest you to repair your Office installation or even try to completely remove it and then reinstall it.
