I ran get-transportagent and did not see anything I could determine as antivirus. You can not determine File-level antivirus scanning through Get-TransportAgent.File-Level antivirus is the normal antivirus, which scans your server for local hard drive, shared network drive and gives you real-time protection from operating system scanning but NOT Exchange database.
