File Path shows on confidential files.
We are transportation transaction Advisors. Keeping our Client's name confidential is critical. We discovered a while back although we were doing a good job of blinding our files to references to the Client's name, if the receiver of the file went to the preference properties, they could read the file path and since we filed documents under the folder with the client's name, discover the name of our cllients. We have since started using only client #s on the folder's name. This presents a problem because we can not remember all the names associated with the numbers. Is there a way to Have folders and file paths not be discovered? Typically we have a Master Client folder named 11109 for example. under this folder we will have other folders and files. Any option would be appreciated. Charles Tenney
