File Share Witness will not come online

File Share Witness is down a 2 node Exchange DAG.  When I try to bring it online I get and error 0x8007052e The username or password is incorrect.  The Witness Server has the 'Exchange Trusted Subsystem" in the local administrators group.  I saw another thread where someone did a "repair AD Object" on the Cluster Name which I see just a "Repair" option but that is greyed out.  Looking around I see a few questions on this but no definitive answer that I can see.

Anyone ever run into this issue that can offer some ideas?

I just tried to move the FileShare Witness to a different server and it moves it but still get the exact same error when I try to bring it online.

Hello,

Please try to restart the Cluster Service to check if "repair AD Object" works.

Please make sure the permissions to the cluster given with appropriate privileges.

If the issue persits, please check if there is any error in application log.
