Is it possible to generate a list of meetings(or bookings) to all resources rooms that were booked by a disable AD account (user account no longer with the company)? For example, recurring meetings that were originally booked by accounts that are no longer with the company. Thanks

I believe that to be the case as well. I am looking to just generate a list of all our resource mailboxes that have meetings that were booked by a disabled account.

Based on my experience, we cannot filter calendar folder in EMS. You may try to export the calendar folder to be CSV format and then sort the output. Hope it is helpful. Fiona Liao TechNet Community Support
