I am trying to find messages in all mailboxes on a server (can be done by database, SG, etc) that are over a certain size. I can't seem to find this functionality in the export-mailbox command. We have a large number of Entourage 2004 users, who load large messages into their mailbox (we have seen up to 700mb attachments) and then use their mailbox (via the drafts folder) as storage. If there was a way to prevent these upload also that would be great. We have a 100mb attachment limit, but this only applies to messages sent, not one's saved in the drafts folders. This has caused database corruption several times, and I want to be able to at least know where these large items are, and in who's mailbox.

Per my knowledge, you can’t export the attachment based on the size Workarounds: 1. Set a managed folder mailbox policy in the “Draft” folder, so that items can be cleaned up after certain times 2.
