If an Outlook client connects via a CAS server to the mailbox server succesfully, how can I tell which CAS server in specific the traffic passed through 2. If Outlook CANNOT connect via the CAS array to the mailbox server, how can I tell which CAS server it's trying to connect to?

From the client, enable Outlook troubleshooting logging. For Outlook 2010, 1. Open Outlook 2010 2. Click File, then Options. 3. Click Advanced. 4. Go to "Other", and check the box to enable troubleshooting logging. 5. Restart Outlook. Then, while Outlook is running you can ctrl-right click the icon in the tray and check the connection status. Hi, After building up the CAS array, all three CAS server works as one server. for Outlook client, it connects to the CAS Array instead of CAS server. The NLB will handle the background process. If the CAS array cannot work, we will verify the configuration including the NLB, the DNS, and finally test CAS server individually. I am wandering why you ask this question, do you encounter any issue on CAS array? Fiona
