Finding patch & CU level from version number on MS Project 2010

Hello All,

We're having MS Project 2010 Pro used across to connect to MS Project Server 2010.

Challenge is on how to keep both server and client at same SP & CU version. In this process I'm trying to learn how to identify the SP & CU version from MS Project 2010 Pro's Help screen.

I and another user are on same SP & CU level. But we see different version information under File -> Help -> About Microsoft Project -> Version:

From the installed updates, we both are having SP 1 & April 13 CU. Only difference I could see is that we both have some different security updates for Office 2010. Any help on this is highly appreciated.

Thank you,

To keep them at the same SP & CU version, might consider using the Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) to deploy the updates instead?

I agree Max Meng, however the option I look for is from the other side. This becomes a need when not everyone in the organization is using MS Project with MS Project Server. Thank you for your recommendation but would love to see how I can find the version with any info available on MS Project 2010 under Help menu or somewhere else.
