Flags do not seem to sync on one client

Hello everyone,

One of our departments uses a shared department mailbox. The people in this mailbox use flags and categories to manage who does what, and what still is to do / already done. The tasks which are completed are unflagged, however with one of the clients those flags don't appear to update. This results in a task list full of flagged items which are already unflagged by the others because they are already completed. Is there any reason that this one outlook client doesn't seem to update the flags?
