Hi We have rules on public folders which forward emails to other public folders based on who the email is for. So we have a rule eg that says forward to Public folderBifthe email coming into Public Folder AisTo . (Then a list of names....) However sometime this rule will have a big red cross through it when you look at it in Outlook. Double click on it and the rule reenables. As anyone seen this ? I have looked on a lot of forums and can see no mention of it. This maybe an Outlook problem so sorry for that. Regards Phillip
