I am using Excel 2010 and have placed form controls within my spreadsheet.  Upon saving, closing and reopening the spreadsheet the form controls have all moved.  I noticed previous correspondence on this topic back in 2010 and 2011 so I imagine that Microsoft has been all over the issue in the mean time although none of the previous threads provided the fix.  Please indicate the fix for this issue/bug.

Based on my research, try to install the fixes KB2598310 and then manually resized the controls and finally renaming the HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Excel registry can solve the issue.
