Form to create distribution group for users
Hello,
I would like to simplify the way I handle distribution group creation and ask the requester the below information.
I was wondering whether any of you have already created an Oultook, word or Excel, html template ?
Could you please advice me?
DisplayName : DG UK
SamAccountName : DGUK2012
PrimarySmtpAddress :
DG-UK@company.com
RequireSenderAuthenticationEnabled : False
AcceptMessagesOnlyFrom : {}

Hi,
You can create a form with required fields in Infopath.
Whenever user want to sent request to create DL they can send you with the required detailsThanks, Swapnil Prajapati

Hi,
I did a quick draft of the form I would like to realize on infopath but if the user doesn't have the application installed it is not handy.
No form that can be used with Outlook?

You need to show the developer ribbon to see Design this form button.
Enable the Developer ribbon in File tab, Customize ribbon
Once you have Developer Tab, you can design your Form and Publish it.Thanks, Swapnil Prajapati
