Formatting Data Connections

Experts -

I have a workbook with several links to an Access database that result in Excel being populated with a few small data sets/tables.

The problem is I cannot add the comma separator to some of the values (but not all).  Some of the columns work and some don't.

Any idea how to fix this?

Thanks in adv

2. >>add the comma separator to some of the values<<, did you add the comma sparator manually or by some functions?
