Hello, I wanna forward one of our exchange 2010 user's email to whose public mail xxx@live.com...when I looked at the delivery options it accpets only domain accounts in there, no public. What's the workaround to acheive this? Insaf

You can create an outlook rule too and do that or use New-Inbox rule and specify the contact. Can also user a transport rule but I wouldn't for just one user.Sukh

Outlook rules can lead to mail loops. Forwarding from the account properties is recommended as Exchange can better detect a loop.
