Forward booking response
Hello, is there a way to have a resource mailbox send or forward a email to an admin when a resource has been booked?

I dont think there is any default option to do it however you can create tranport rule to trap the particular subject line on transport pipeline and move a copy to required admin.Best Rgds, Ashish | Unified Comunication | MCTS | MCITP | Please remember to select option "Propose As Answer" if solution work for you | My posts hold no assurances, no promises, and they measured no rights.

Hi,
You can do this by the following steps:
1. Open the resource mailbox by outlook 2007 or higher version.
2. Click Tools-Options. In Delegates, add your admin account.
3. Check the box "Delegate receives copies of meeting-related message sent to me"Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread. Thanks Gen Lin-MSFT

Thank you very much. However, I tried this and when the resource was scheduled via the scheduling assistant no email was sent to my delegate.

Ok, correction, if I schedule the resource from within its calendar I get the notification. Here's the deal, this "resource mailbox" is actually a mobile projector. Staff schedule this projector by adding it as a meeting attendee or resource
and the admin is unaware that staff has reserved the projector unless the staff send an email to the admin stating when and where they would like to have the projector or the admin checks the projectors shared calendar. So we would like for the projector's
mailbox/calendar to send the admin an email whenever someone has booked the projector.
