No, this functionality is only provided through the use of 3rd party tools in E2k3, E2k7 however has server side transport rules which can do this for you.

I think GFI may have something which can do this, your best bet would be to google for answers - you would get the best choice from this and possibly a good number of demo's to download & try out. Try them in a lab environment first though if possible - use virtual servers if you have to, since some of these apps will put hooks into your exchange server which may be difficult to remove in future. Also stick to installing only 1 app at a time to avoid any conflicts which could also cause problems for your mail routing.
