Found word(s) *** in the HTML body

So a co-worker of mine has stated that for the past couple of weeks he's been getting a found word(s) issue with some of his e-mails.  He has forwarded the e-mails to me and I cannot find any instance of the words listed in the subject line that the e-mails are being blocked for.

One e-mail is from a lawyer resource centre, one from the law society communication and one was bounced back from an e-mail that he sent saying that it failed to pass spam filters.  He says that there are others but those three are the ones that he forwarded to me as having had issues recently.

The e-mail is run through Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, but he himself uses Outlook 2007 on his computer.

Thanks for all of your help in advance!

Hi,

Does this issue happen to received emails or outgoing emails?

It looks like the received emails are moved to Junk folder, am I correct? If this is the case, Outlook is not the only one that can move your email to the Junk folder. First we need to make sure if this issue is caused by Outlook or other programs, like a anti-spam filter installed by your antivirus. We can have the user open the email from Junk folder and check the information displayed in the InfoBar under the message header:

Please let me know the result. If I've misunderstood something, please feel free to let me know.

Good morning,

Sorry for my late reply, it's been a bit hectic as of late.  This is coming up on incoming e-mails and when I checked it does state that it was marked as spam using a junk filter other than outlook like you suggested.  We use GFI MailEssentials here but it doesn't seem to be catching these e-mails and flagging them, unless I've missed something.

Also, we are using Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security, I /think/ that this is the program causing the problem but I am unsure how to reconfigure it to allow these e-mails through without also allowing in any spam that may be getting through GFI but getting caught by Trend Micro.
