Is there a way to make a global change at the Exchange level so that the free/busy information for our organization's users are published out to 24 months rather than the default that is in the Outlook clients? If there is such a change, does it override the setting within the Outlook Clients?Thanks,Hutch

This is a client setting! You need to configure Outlook to publish Free/Busy information. You can manage this centrally bij Group Policies for Office or via Registry scripting Deli
