Free/Busy Information
Is there a way to change what information is published? For example can you set it up so that people's time on their calendar just shows when they're busy but not the subject of what they are doing. Basically so that just blocks of time show up that they're unavailable without posting why they're unavailable.

Thanks for the quick response. These will work if we have to use this, however, we are trying to not have to involve the "general user" population. I'm wondering if there is a way to do this from the server side with the Free/Busy folder and controlling what it publishes.

I probably should note we are using exchange 2007 with the majority of our clients on outlook 2003.

Hi,There is no configuration could be operated in Exchange 2007 Server side to meet your needs, we can workaround this issue via set the Calendar Permission to Free/Busy time under Read for Default user on the Outlook side, but this is only work for Outlook 2007 clients.ThanksAllen
