Hello We are running Exchange 2007 SP1. Our clients are Outlook 2007 and 2003. Suddenly, we are getting reports that if UserA is on Outlook 2007, then users on Outlook 2003 are unable to see their Calendar Free/Busy information. Users on Outlook 2007 can see UserA's Free/Busy information fine. From wwhat I understand, Free/Busy information of for Outlook 2007 users is held in the actual mailbox and accessed via the CAS server's Availability service. However, 2003 clients will still use the Free/Busy Public Folder. We migrated to Exchange 2007 a while back, so I'm not sure why this is suddenly happening now (and we chose the option saying we still had 2003 clients). Any ideas on how to troubleshoot what is up with either the Free/Busy Public Folder or access to it? Many thanks in advance.
