Hi Not sure if this is the correct forum but i am looking for a way to globally set mailbox free busy published calendar information to 12 months, we are using Exchange 2007 with Outlook 2003 therefore have public folders. Thanks for any pointers.

Browse to the key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\ExCDO\Parameters. Under this key, add a DWORD entry named "FBPublishMonth". The value of this new entry is a number, which is the number of months for which you would like to publish free/busy information across the board, for all users. Just looked for the key on a Exchange 2007 server, does not seem to exist. Is the key only for Exchange 2003?

Hi You could change the value on the outlook 2003 client as below: On the Tools menu, click Options, click Calendar Options, and then click Free/Busy options. In the "Publish <2> month(s) of Calendar Free/Busy information on the server" box, type how far ahead you want the server to publish Free/Busy time. Hi thanks, tried setting this in the probfile and it works as expected, dont fancy manually going in to a couple of hundred resource mailboxes though. Also Once booked even when you set free busy updates from 15 to 1 minute this still remains at 15 minuted even though the outlook profiles says 1 min. Thanks
