Quote: i have a form that sends emails and my outlook used to show me the from field Does it mean when reply the message, From field will appear in that form? If what you want is to have From field when composing the reply message, we can choose the Options tab and click Show From Where is the form stored, public folder or outlook? Can the issue be reproduced on the other outlook 2007 client?

the Form is a HTML form in a website , what i meant was when the email is received in the outlook does not show who the email is from. and when i press reply it doesn't show who i will be replying to the To field becomes blank, but when i open the same email in OWA i can at least see who the email is from but the email address is between the [] , but when i press reply in OWA the TO field is still blank
