Hi Navar, I would suggest that you follow a 2 phase process in this migration Stage 1: Where you migrate the users from the Single Exchange 2000 box to the Single Exchange 2003 Server successfully. Thus after completing the Stage 1, then add another server in your environment, and then check the option, this server is FE. That will take care of the FE-BE Scenario.
