GAL (Global Address List) Corruption
GAL (Global Address List) Corruption I have multiple clustered Exchange servers. One of these instances has a corrupted GAL. We will call this Server1. Then there are 5 other servers. Sever2- Server6. All servers are on the same domain and in the same physical location. There is no one centralized GAL server. Now my problem: Users on Server1 are trying to send an email to Distribution Group A and are unable to see this entry in the GAL. Users on Server2-Server5 are able to see it. I move a user from Sever1 to Server2, a few hours later, they are able to see Dist Group A. I move a user (Test account) from Server4 to Server1, they no longer see Dist Group A. Is there any way to force Server1 to regenerate the GAL and redistribute? OR Is there any way to point Server1 users to another servers GAL? Thanks! ~Mr_Zack
