I have a fairly large GAL (about 3500 contacts). In OWA, I type in aparameter like "san" and it returns 11 pages. I can view the first page and I click the arrow to advance to the next page and nothing happens, I get returned to page 1 of 11. I can't seem to view beyond page 1 in OWA but this works just fine in an outlook client. Very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What version of Exchange? Do you really have 11 pages of names that start with "san"?

Sorry. Exchange 2007 (no SP1). I doubt I have 11 pages that start with san but there are 11 pages with san in them (sanchez, sansano, santana, etc).

Clarify: You cannot flit to next page in the GAL after you search the name started with S via OWA, right? Troubleshooting: 1. Is there any error info on the exchange server? 2. Use Get-GlobalAddresslist |Fl on server and post the output for analysis 3. Check numbers of item to display per page in the option of OWA a. Go to top-right of OWA, click Options button b. Select messaging in the left navigate pane c. Check numbers of item to display per page [value = 50 by default] 4. Try to access OWA by using Light and Premium, and then reproduce issue 5. Update to latest Rollup of your exchange, a fix for issue similar to yours has been released via Rollup 1 for Exchange 2007 SP1 [KB 945684] Collect info: 1. You can see the S name which more than one page in the outlook, right? 2. Is this happen to all users OWA? 3. Can you reproduce to other names in the GAL via OWA? For instance, input the R [Make sure that its definitely more than one page]. And then try to browse next page
