Hi, I had created some recipients and some contacts in AD. When I use Offcie 2007 client, I can only find the recipients. But when I use Office 2003, I can find the contacts and recipients. Why? And how can I setup something, to block the offcie 2003 to have a view of contacts? Jeffers Yuan

Hi Jeffers, Please let me know how the Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 connect to Exchange Server, Online Mode or Cache Mode? In addition, whether are you able to find the contacts in All Contacts Address List when using Outlook 2007? If the Outlook 2007 connects to Exchange Server through Cache Mode, please change it to Online Mode and check the issue again. I would like to explain if the Outlook works in Cache Mode, it check user through the OAB. If you have Exchange 2007, the Outlook 2007 download OAB files from Web Service.
