I had to do a full factory restore on my computer just 3 months after the 1 year warranty ran out.  After doing so I noticed my Microsoft Office 2010 was not reinstalled.

I NEED it because I have all my documents from 2008 until now on here.  So what's up with this.  Every other full factory restore I did on the 2 other computers gave me 'everything' that was there when I bought it new.
