We have Office 365 E3 for 100 users and we would like to use the OneDrive for Business. I don't really want to ask every single user to create the OneDrive path with there credentials. Is there any way I can do this with GPO?

Based on my knowledge, OneDrive for Business doesn't have the GPO to configure the path for users, it is a product limitation so far.

Anyway, users only need to configure the path on first use, so no more trouble afterwards. Maybe we can consider to offer an instruction for all users to help them configure this easily.
