Gather addresses in personal address books for everyone's use?
There are the addresses listed in the GAL and then those that users might add to their own address book.It was suggested to me that many of these addresses could be useful for everyone and that it would be efficient if we could somehow gather them and add them to the GAL.Is that possible? Is there a scripts that could gather these addresses in one containef (file, folder, whatever) where they could be examined and from which the addresses judged useful could be added to the GAL.Mission impossible? Even with Powershell?Thank you.

Hello,Thebest option isimport PABin to a public folder and then allow access. That provides you with a central contact list that is easily maintained as you can give users access to the folders through Outlook. regards from www.windowsadmin.infoManuPhilip

Thank you.We don't really use Public Folders (just the one needed for Blackberry). So what would that look like from the user perspective?I'm going to look for a screenshot in Google images myself. It does sound like it might be an option.EDIT - BTW, I tried to vote you as helpful but got an "Unexpected Error" (???) I'll try again later. Thanks again.
