I was asked if there is such a report on generating a list of users the book the most room resources from Exchange. Anyone have an idea on how to look taht up?

Hi, As per my knowledge, you cannot achieve it through EMC or EMS. But, you can consider using Exchange web service interface to write some scripts to achieve this function.
