Generating Email Report Through Exchange Console or AD
Hello IT Guru's.I have some list of OU created in ADand in each OU users are created with email - i would like to generate a report either from Exchange console or AD - in this report i need to see the following :1. Email Address 2. UsernameKindly assist me how can i query this informationThanks

Which version of Exchange do you use? However below script export email addresses in Exchange 2003 as well as in 2007.... Thanks for your reply - well we have Exchange 2007 with roles installed -- i have tried an option in AD through query and it work :-) !!!Would you kindly let me know how to work with this scripit which you have mention ?? do i need to run on server or client ? through Batch file ?Thanks

You can run it on server or workstation, preferable on server so it would be much faster. Just double click on the vbscript or in cmd prompt run it with below syntax... cscript vbscriptpath.vbs Or in Exchange 2007, you can export it with powershell as Frank said. Just add -ResultSize parameter to get full result otherwise it will list only first 1000 entries... Get-Mailbox -ResultSize Unlimited | Select DisplayName, PrimarySMTPAddress | Export-CSV EmailAddresses.csvAmit Tank | MVP Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
