I'm a bit confused here. Isn't this excactly what the "New Exchange Certificate Wizard" does? http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd351057.aspx Why does the link above state that "you can't use the EMC to generate a certificate request from a CA" This is how I requested and obtained my Exchange SAN cert that I've assisgned the servies of IMAP, POP, IIS, and SMTP to in Exchange 2010. Thanks in advacnce for any help clearing this up.

Yes. I will add though that if you were just creating the Exchange self-signed cert for SMTP, then new-exchangecertificate w/o any parameters would be the way to go.
