Get-ECPVirtualDirectory powershell not an option

I was trying to PS Get-ECPVirtualDirectory .

command does not exists for me? tried directly on server. is it my Permissions?

Are you in the Exchange Management Shell?  You need to have the Exchange cmdlets loaded.
