Get-Queue: Access is Denied Exchange 2010 SP1
1. I hope your are using with proper credentials ( Account having the necessary rights to run the cmd) can you pls tell me what kind account you are uinsg here ?
2. Give a reboot and then try agin.

Either you don't have the proper credentials to run the command or the profile you're logged as is corrupt. Try logging as a different Exchange admin or remove your current profile.

Exchange 2010 SP1
I have noticed that i can not look at Exchange Queue anymore.
get-queue returns Access Denied.
